Alexa is the founder of Charm Lane, a lifestyle brand and blog inspiring grandmillennial tastemakers with finds in home décor, fashion, accessories, and gifts. After nearly a decade at Meta (earlier roles at Lilly Pulitzer + J.Crew) she launched Charm Lane during maternity leave and grew it to over 161,000 followers. She is the recent founder of the Charm Lane Collection, a jewelry line honoring her grandmother, with proceeds benefiting breast cancer research.

Emma is the voice behind Write with Emma, a Substack exploring motherhood, ambition, and the creative process. A self-described "recovering executive, aspiring creative," she's currently writing her first novel while sharing the honest in-between of building something new alongside raising a family.

McKenzie is the founder of The Lawton Group, a strategic consulting practice helping small businesses build strong operational foundations. With nearly a decade of experience across customer-facing, strategy, + operations roles in sports, HR tech, retail, and service-based industries, she now partners with founders (primarily in retail, creative, lifestyle + service businesses) on pricing, systems, + growth decisions.

Mabel of Marblehead

What began in December 2023 as a way to document a home renovation during maternity leave grew into something bigger: a community built to help women connect, celebrate local business, and support one another at every stage of life. Today, Mabel brings women together through curated experiences, events, and a growing network of local founders, including the Creatives Club Summit itself. Erin lives in Marblehead, where when she's not growing Mabel, she's exploring new spots around the North Shore and spending time with family

Livie Cohn began her career shaping people strategy inside Uber's HR organization, where she spent years helping teams navigate growth, change, and everything in between. That experience became the foundation for Livie Cohn Coaching, her career coaching practice built around a simple belief: most people don't need more motivation, they need a clear next step. Livie works with founders and professionals to identify what's really holding them back and translate big goals into concrete, doable action. At the Summit, she'll lead a Spark Session drawing on that work

Andie Phillip is the founder of Atelier448, a business built around a belief that connection is a growth strategy. Andie helps entrepreneurs identify and cultivate the relationships, partnerships, and collaborations that move their businesses forward. She turns networking from a buzzword into a real, repeatable practice. She'll bring that expertise to the Summit as a Spark Session speaker.
