  • Each Table by Mabel collection is thoughtfully curated to help you create a beautiful, cohesive gathering without having to source every detail yourself.

    Your exact rental items will depend on the collection and number of guests, but may include pieces like table linens, napkins, chargers, serving pieces, vessels, candleholders, tabletop decor, signage, and other styling details.

    Your rental will also include inspiration and guidance from Mabel so you know exactly how to bring the look together at home.

  • Table by Mabel is designed as a DIY hosting experience, so you can pick up your collection and set everything up yourself using the inspiration and guidance provided.

    Want a little more help? Delivery and Mabel setup may be available as an add-on depending on your event date, location, and scope. Just ask when you inquire!

  • It’s simple!

    1. Choose your Table by Mabel collection and tell us a little about your gathering.

    2. Pick up your curated rental box before your event.

    3. Set up your party using Mabel’s styling inspiration.

    4. Host, gather, celebrate!

    5. Pack everything back up and return your rentals within 7 days.

  • We recommend reaching out as soon as you know your event date, especially during busy entertaining seasons. Rentals are subject to availability and booking early gives you the best chance of securing the collection you love.

    Last-minute gathering? Still reach out! If we have availability, we’ll always do our best to make it work.

  • Table by Mabel rentals are available for local pickup in the Marblehead area. Specific pickup instructions and timing will be provided before your event.

    Delivery may also be available for an additional fee depending on your location and rental.

  • Rentals should be returned within 7 days after your event unless otherwise arranged with Mabel.

  • Nope! One of our favorite parts. Pack your rental items according to the return instructions provided and leave the cleanup to us. We’ll take care of washing and preparing everything for its next celebration.

  • We know parties happen! Please let us know as soon as possible if something is accidentally broken, damaged, stained beyond cleaning, or missing.

    A replacement or repair fee may be charged for damaged or missing rental items.

  • Looking for something beyond one of our existing Table by Mabel collections? Reach out! Depending on timing, budget, and availability, Mabel may be able to create a more customized experience for your gathering.

    For larger or more involved celebrations, our Party With Mabel offering may also be a better fit.

  • No. Food and beverages are provided by the host.

    We’re still happy to help make everything feel pulled together! Depending on your package, Mabel can provide recipe suggestions, drink recommendations, bar menu inspiration, and styling ideas to complement your table.

  • We’d love to! Table by Mabel can be a great fit for brand gatherings, client dinners, team celebrations, styled shoots, content creation, and other creative events.

    For larger collaborations or custom concepts, reach out and tell us what you have in mind.

  • We know plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your Table by Mabel rental, please reach out as soon as possible.

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or event. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

    If something unexpected comes up, please reach out - we’ll always do our best to work with you when we can.
