Strawberry Spritz

Makes 4 Drinks

Ingredients:

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Juice of half a lime

3-4 tablespoons of honey

4 cups of unsweetened sparkling water

Ice cubes

Optional Garnish:

Handful basil leaves

½ cup sliced strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Puree one cup of strawberries with the lime juice and honey in a blender.

  2. In a large pitcher, combine the carbonated water and strawberry puree mixture and mix very well to incorporate all of the flavours.

  3. Add the remaining half cup of sliced strawberries and fresh basil leaves and place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to combine.

  4. When ready to serve, add ice cubes to each glass and serve cold.

Cucumber Mint Cooler

Makes 4 Drinks

Ingredients:

4 small cucumber

20 mint leaves

Juice of 2 limes

4 Tbsp sugar

8 oz tonic water

Optional Garnish:

4 Lime slices for garnish

4 Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blend the peeled cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice and sugar.

  2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into your glass over ice.

  3. Top with tonic water and garnish.

Mango Colada

Makes 4 Drinks

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened mango juice or mango nectar

2 cups ripe mango cubes (fresh or frozen)

2 cups crushed ice (or 1/2 cup if using frozen mango)

1 cup cream of coconut, coconut milk, or coconut water

4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
